Once the Garretson Resolution Group confirms that you are a worker, we complete all claim forms on your behalf, including your Proof of Claim and Notice of Intent to Sue, along with other documentation. Our law firm has a specific package that we prepare for all workers to assure that nothing is missed. All you need to do is go in for a doctor’s appointment when we say so, to assure that the timing of your medical examination is just right (note that there is a different time you need to receive a diagnosis for each body part or illness).
3. We handle the rest. Once the process begins, there is a quick turnaround time for payment. If for any reason your application is denied, we make sure to prepare the Notice Of Review within the 30-day time limitation.

Once all the paperwork has been completed and is done within the specified time frame, you should get your money.
